Meet the team

JD is the President and Chief Underwriter Officer (CUO) of the company. He focuses on large contract bond underwriting, as well as long term underwriting strategy relating to surety markets.

Eric is the Chief Marketing Officer of JW Surety Bonds. He has held a range of different roles within the surety industry, from agent assistant to bond issuer, which gives him a unique insider perspective on surety related topics. With years of experience in the surety industry, Eric is the author of the main content on the JW website, as well as a contributing author to the surety bond blog.

Robin Kix is currently the Renewal Manager. Since joining Lance Surety in 2014, she has helped thousands of businesses throughout the nation remain compliant at the federal, state and local level. She has significant experience supporting commercial bond lines, particularly in the automobile, transportation and construction industries. Robin and her team work together to create a positive customer service experience at the time of every policy renewal, whether that be finding the best pricing or offering additional assistance.

Alisha Kramer has been with Lance Surety since 2016. She currently serves as an Account Manager within our Renewal Department. During her time with our agency, she has helped thousands of existing customers across countless industries remain compliant. Alisha earned a bachelor degree from Millersville University. Prior to joining our agency, she spent years working on monthly compliance reports for the Department of Environmental Protection.”

Jackie Bunn joined our company in early 2019. As a member of our Lance Surety’s Renewal Department, she has quickly integrated herself into the many different responsibilities required of this team. She has had a significant impact on the overall retention and service provided to existing customers. Prior to Lance Surety, Jackie spent over a decade working in the mental health field.

Collette Vierling is currently a Licensed Agent and Sales Agent with Lance Surety. Since joining the company in 2011, she has helped countless clients in all 50 states with various bonding requirements. Collette has a wealth of knowledge regarding all types of license and permit bonds, with particular expertise in the automobile, transportation and financial sectors. Having previously owned a small business, Collette brings a unique perspective and can more easily relate to the many challenges small businesses face.
